On the nose Yerba Mate, blueberry, black cherry and sweet tobacco.

Very fresh and fruity, high alcohol, soft tannins, medium bodied.

On the palate, sweet tobacco, sugar plum, grape jam, vanilla.

A slightly spiced and violet flavoured medium long finish.

Needs some time to open itself. Don’t hesitate to pour it in a carafe.

Can pair well with some moderately spicy kebabs for example.
