
Bornova Misket is grown around and near Izmir in the Aegean region. Its grapes are medium-sized with a pinkish in colour when ripened. They are cultivated on various heights, from 150 m to 900 m on clay and gravel.
They produce very aromatic wines that are light, easy drinking. They range from dry to particularly sweet and have a golden colour.
Aromas : Grapefruit, lemon, lemon curd, orange blossom, basil, mint, thyme, bay leaves, bergamot, honeysuckle, honey, tropical fruits, melon, rose, daisies.
