Aromas of strawberry, blackberry, cherry, rose petals, violets and sweet spices.

Full bodied, fruity, medium high acidity.

On the palate : Strawberry, blackcurrant, green olive, white pepper, dried rose.

A medium long finish with floral notes.

A beautiful blend, quite surprising for me as I usually prefer the kind of pale pink rose de Provence style.

Don’t drink it too cold. Around 12 degrees is fine.

Good with (not too) spicy Turkish meals.
