The nose is floral with aromas of acacia. I also noticed some grapefruit and green apple.

Alcohol is high with a lively acidity, a bit spritzy.

Limited filtration.

On the palate, fruit blossom, apricot, honey, caramel and walnut.

The taste is quite astringent.

Quite complex but short finish.

Nothing to be impressed of.

I’m clearly not a fan.
