On the nose, very aromatic : Black cherry, prune, fig, chocolate, green pepper, baking spices, tobacco pipe…

It’s fruity, full bodied with mild tannins. Alcohol is quite high.

On the palate I detected flavours of black cherry, redcurrant, cranberry, oregano, vanilla and mint.

A powerful and rich Cabernet Sauvignon that will pair well with a steak or some grillades.
