Pale straw yellow colour.

On the nose, herbaceous (cut grass, fresh rhymes) with notes of citrus and asparagus.

On the palate again those citrus notes, kind of oily with a vivid acidity.

Hints of lemon, mandarine, pineapple and white flowers.

Refreshing, the finish is a bit short.

To drink with light salads in summer, sea food and pasta. Nothing complicated.
