“Kızıl Alan” Pamukkale, Beyaz Kalecik Karası, 2022, Güney Plato, Rose Wine.

7,5/10

It reminded me a bit of a Kayra Allure made with the same grape. Less mineral.

The colour is pale pink. The grapes are pressed under low pressure and transferred to pre-cooled steel tanks.

The result is a fresh and lively rosé with a seductive nose of white roses, peach and lemon aromas.

The palate is quite juicy with cherry and blossom notes but not that much minerality as I would have wished.

A decent summer rosé bought at İstanbul airport for 17€.
