This Cabernet Franc has been organically grown on the territory of the Sarmıç village located at an altitude of 800 meters.

It was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels.

Only 2400 bottles were produced.

On the nose, it displays ripe aromas of raspberry, blueberry and strawberry with a touch of warm spices.

On the palate, it’s opulent and well-structured. The mouth feels smooth and rich.

I detected flavours of plum, blue berry pie filling, cedar with toasty cracker notes as well.

Beautiful and long finish.

This wine has enough structure to keep it much longer in your cellar.
