100% Kalecik Kara’sı with only 12% of alcohol

Vines are planted at 850 m altitude in Denizli region.

Grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed as a white wine, hence the pale salmon colour.

On the nose, soft hints of wild strawberry, orange blossom, rhubarb and pink grapefruit.

The texture is silky, it’s very refreshing.

On the palate, it’s rich and elegant with flavours of ripe red berries, grapefruit, minerals and a hint of ginger.

The finish is long, clean and crisp.

One of my favourite Turkish rosés. 9/10.
