7 years ago Uğur Aslan (a former banker) and his wife Yasemin decided to make a career in wine business.
They are based near Antalya where they process grapes bought from other vineyards.
Like this Emir grape coming from Cappadocia.
This bright golden yellow wine has aromas of apple, lemon, yellow plum, mango and some mineral notes as well.
Medium body, refreshing medium acidity.
A smooth palate follows with flavours of citrus fruits and pear. Some mineral salty notes with hints of flint in the end.
A very pleasant wine reminding me of a lighter Riesling! Interesting! 8/10
