Grown in the Chamlija vineyards at an altitude of 300 meters on the foothills of Istranca mountains.

Bottled without filtering or clarification. Grapes were pressed using the champagne method and the must was aged on its lees with carbon ice for 10 days.

Greenish light yellow colour

The nose is rich bright notes of white peach, lemon, orange blossom, acacia and green almond.

Very fresh but quite full on the palate. Very round.

High acidity. Very well balanced.

Again flavours of peach and citrus , some tropical notes as well.

Slightly salty and mineral long-lasting finish.

Extremely pleasant. Asian food would be a great match. 8,5/10
