This deep ruby/plum hued Syrah has an intense bouquet of red and black fruits, mushrooms, smoked meats and iron.

On the palate, it’s juicy and rich, focused and refined while offering wonderful savoury and umami essences.

A subtle balsamic note in the long finish.

All along the wine remains remarkably fresh.

I really liked it.

I think the price quality ratio is very good.

Perfect with marinated steaks, lamb shanks or osso buco.
