With this 2023 vintage, I got a big surprise. Apart from the classical aromas of the Narince variety, such as citrus and honey notes, my nose got wrapped by a distinctive flavour : ginger! Not just a hint but a clear ginger spice!

Now the texture is particularly engaging : creamy but lightly whipped. 

It’s also broad with flavours of apricot, quince, honeysuckle and some hints of vanilla.

The finish retains a gorgeous silkiness, lightness and spiciness.

A gorgeous wine! Well done Kavaklidere! Great vintage in my opinion! 9/10
