Narince 43%, Chardonnay 57%.
22% of the wine is matured for 7 months in French oak barrels.
A pale straw yellow in colour with green hues.
The bouquet shows delicate aromas of green apple, white peach, citrus peel and gun smoke.
Medium-bodied, crisp acidity and slightly creamy texture. A bit of bitterness.
On the palate, again apple, pear, citrus fruits and some hints of vanilla.
The finish displays freshness and minerality.
All in all it was a pleasant wine that went well with a chicken in a creamy mushroom sauce.
To be honest, among the 3 colours I’ve tasted, the white impressed me less. 8/10
