Prodom rosé 2016, Syrah, Merlot, Kalecik Karası : I’m not always a big fan of what Prodom does but this rosé, which is not exactly the type of rosé I usually like, is really worth your attention. Not only is it a beautifully balanced wine but it also has fresh, lively and rich aromas. The nose has citrus and red berries notes and the flavours in the mouth are full of cherry, raspberry and melon. The finish is long and fresh. Would be the perfect wine pairing with some meze or some grilled prawns. Not cheap : around 60 TL but totally worth it.
