Nif Blush Cabernet Sauvignon Grenache 2015 : Nif is a very interesting winery which is producing very interesting and original wines. They are one of the few to use Italian grapes for example.

Even if this rosé is not exactly my kind of rosé, it really is original. The nose has blackberry and bay leaf aromas. Acidity is low but flavours are very interesting with raspberry, smashed strawberry and coconut. The finish is relatively long with hints of violette. Maybe this wine is not on the top of favourites but if I would give an award for originality, this wine would get a good one!
