Quite a surprising floral nose with acacia, nuts and citrus aromas.

The texture is creamy, rich and quite classy. Medium high acidity.

On the palate it’s a festival of flavours : Vanilla, pear, peach and lichee! A complexed and very pleasant Chardonnay as I like them.

Orange confit in the long length. Very tasty!

Perfect with a truffle risotto.
