This Narince is absolutely not typical and I love it! The nose is intensely aromatic. You can smell citrus, quince and butter. Even some hints of apple pie. It’s quite fresh. Originally enough this is the result of a blend winemaking method. The wine is first aged in stainless steel and then aged in French oak. On the palate you can feel this slightly oaky taste combined with another very strange taste : iodine!!! There are also flavours of white flowers and orange peel. A quite original wine, very pleasant indeed. It will go well with seafood and molluscs.
