A very elegant wine with floral notes at first then apricot, orange and grapefruit aromas appear on the second nose. The texture is quite buttery with a high acidity. The palate is rich and well balanced with flavours of vanilla, quince and green apple. I detected hints of acacia and orange peel in the long finish.
