Price : Around 70 TL at La Cave if I correctly remember

After having been very much impressed by Saranta’s Cabernet Sauvignon, I feel a bit disappointed.

On the nose citrus aromas, bitter almond, grapefruit, rose and slightly smoky notes

On the palate apricot, orange peel, limon and fresh mint in the medium finish

Low acidity, not very mineral, there’s something fruity and slightly sweet in the taste…A kind of new world taste that is definitely not for me. Maybe you will feel differently..

Goes well with a Sea Bream but not with shrimps.
