Yet another famous Sicilian grape which is successfully cultivated in the Turkish Aegean region. Looks like they feel like home over there!

On the nose, quince, honey, green plum and green apple.

Medium bodied, medium acidity

On the palate, citrus blossom, guava, wildflowers and herbal notes.

Saline notes in the long finish.

A bit of depot on the bottom of the bottle.

A very pleasant wine that can be paired with sushi, sashimi, grilled prawns or a fresh cucumber-fennel salad.
