A unique grapevine that reminds me a Welschriesling (not related at all to Riesling).
Very light aromas.
Green apple, lemon and quince.
Dry, medium bodied wine with good acidity, very well balanced.
On the palate, green pear, sugar snap pea, apple blossom, green herbs. Some lemon zest and saline in the medium long finish with some kind of bitterness.
Quite nice really!
Amadeus really is good at making white wines.
Will pair well with poultry, baked sea bass , some cheese or even a lemon cake.
