High acidity, medium bodied, ripe and juicy.

Flavours of cherries and raspberry with hints of spices.

A refreshing rosé, yet voluptuous and rich with a clean and lingering finish.

You could call it “gastronomic”!

It was perfect with some charcuterie and light dishes.
