Fermented in French barrel and aged 8 months on lees.

On the nose, stone fruits (apricot, peach), white flowers and citrus aromas.

Medium bodied, slightly oily, fruity, medium acidity.

On the palate, apricot, zest of orange, pineapple, rose, vanilla.

Nice mineral zesty finish.

Will pair well with seafood, Asian cuisine and poultry.
