This Chardonnay is grown on a 800m high plateau close to the sea and has been aged in oak barrels.
The colour is kind of dark golden.
On the nose, you get aromas of citrus fruits, yellow apple, banana, spices and vanilla.
This oaky Chardonnay is fat and creamy with medium high acidity. Quite high in alcohol.
The palate is slightly mineral with citrus flavours again (grapefruit), banana, peach, hazelnut and vanilla.
The finish is long and persistent.
A good oaky Chardonnay to pair with fatty fish or poultry.
Drink it not too cold around 12 degrees.
