This new wine produced Yedi Bilgeler was one of the stars of the Sommelier’s selection event last November in Istanbul.

It’s the first Sauvignon blanc produced by this wonderful boutique winery.

The result is stunning.

On the nose, citrus, yellow stone fruit and exotic fruit aromas and delightful mineral notes.

On the palate, an off sweet taste with high acidity.

There are flavours of pineapple, mango, lychee and pear with a long herbal and minty finish.

A new world kind of Sauvignon Blanc absolutely delicious.

Perfect with grilled jumbo prawns for instance.
