Summer is coming!

Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Shiraz. Those four grapes are the usual suspects for a lot of « rosés de Provence ». It seems it was the goal of Selendi, to recreate this type of rosé. And it’s quite well done.

The nose is very expressive with aromas of rose and peach. The presence of rose is not that surprising for a rosé called Gülpembe – The pink rose…

This is a fresh and round rosé wine, Provence style, with some non aggressive acidity. Flavours are really nice in the mouth : melon, red currant, apricot and honeysuckle.

The finish is floral and beautifully long.

It’s not just a refreshing rose for the summer. It’s much more than that.

It’s rich, generous and very elegant.
