Medium bodied, high acidity, slightly oily palate. High sensation of alcohol.

Something sour on the palate.

On the palate, honey, ginger, pear, melon and Meyer lemon.

Quite long and persistent finish.

But this sour taste, what is it? It’s definitely not oxidation. It’s not the cork.
