This delicately-hued rosé offers aromas of raspberry, rose petal, white peach, juicy melon and nectarine.

Fermented and aged for 7 months in french oak barrels.

Medium high bodied, fruity, high sensation of alcohol.

Flavours follow adding strawberry and mineral acids to the mix.

I liked it even if the balance between acidity, fruits and alcohol is not totally harmonious.

It’s a food wine. Try it with a fresh summer poultry salad!
