Grown in the Denizli region, it stayed 3 months on
Its lees in stainless steel tank.
Hence the intense aromas of ripe peach wild
strawberries on the nose. You may add a dash of
citrus and lavender to complete the picture.
The palate is bone dry with a medium high level of
alcohol
I detected flavors of yellow stone fruit with the
addition of herbal notes.
The quite long finish had an interesting light
smoky character.
A bit strong for my taste but it’s a very good price
quality ratio Well done!
