A Turkish northern Rhone style white blend from the Gallipoli peninsula.

A certified organic wine aged 10 months in French oak barrels.

On the nose, notes of quince, apple, mirabelle plums and green pear. Then honeysuckle, lemongrass, verbena, almond and brioche.

On the palate : it’s soft and creamy with moderate acidity. Balanced and round with ripe notes of stone fruits and spices.

The finish is long and persistant with spicy and herbal undertones.

Really good!

This wine will pair well with dishes like creamy mushroom tagliatelle, a puréed silt cold with potatoes or herb-roasted chicken.
