Arcadia wineries achieved a very good result here with this Sauternes type of wine called Arcadia 333. Sauternes in France are made of 3 kinds of grape usually : Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle. And of course the noble rot or Botrytis Cinerea. Arcadia is only made of Sauvignon Blanc affected by the Botrytis. Even if it’s not as dense or concentrated as a Sauternes, the taste really reminds its French analogue. You will feel honey, apricot, peach, tropical and dried fruits. We enjoyed it with some geese foie gras from Strasbourg in France. A very good association! Make sure to clean your mouth if another wine is expected afterwards!!!
