Vinkara wineries make affordable and interesting wines. For example this Hasandede, a unique kind of grape reminding in some way a Pinot Grigio. It has a greenish yellow colour with some golden reflets. The nose starts with mint and lemongrass notes. A second nose let aromas of grapefruit and green apple flavours appear. Once in the mouth I really appreciated flavours of honey and apricot. The final is not long but it’s not a complexed wine. Still it has a delicate creamy texture that goes perfectly with a salmon from the Black Sea! Afiyet olsun! Bon appétit!
