Glad to have found another beautiful Turkish Sauvignon Blanc and once again made by Chamlija. This Sauvignon Blanc 2015 Quartz Fume is delicate and elegant. You should notice some white peach, nectarine and rosemarie notes. A very enjoyable Mediterranean kind of Sauvignon Blanc. It was perfect with a salad (olives, goat cheese, tomatoes and local roquette) and a baked sea bream. Why is it called Quartz Fume? In fact it’s a kind of crystal used in jewellery to make rings or necklace. Specialists say it’s good for stress… Well this wine definitely put all stress away…😜
