I had already tasted a bottle of Fume Blanc from the same winery and i had been disappointed. Now this Acikara, a rare indigenous grape brought back to life by the same winery, made a very good impression on me. It had a delicate and very soft peppery taste. It reminded me a French Cornas (made from Syrah) from the Rhone Valley. Just a bit lighter…
