Chamlija Thracian 2013 : WOW! This Bordeaux blend (Merlot, Cab Sav and some Cab Franc) has made a strong impression here. Dark ruby, youthful and lively, full of strength (15 degrees of alcohol!!!), this wine strikes your nose with flavours of wild strawberry, clove and cinnamon. Tannins are very well integrated. It’s surprisingly beautifully balanced although strong in alcohol and young. That’s a wine you can keep in your cellar for 10 years or more. Don’t taste it with roasted chicken like we did! Choose instead grilled red meat! Very yummy!
