Umurbey Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2015 : those two grapes are often used in the Bordeaux region and maybe even more in the new world (US, Australia for example). They can really go well together. I must say i was quite satisfied by this Umurbey 2015. Beautiful colour, herbal and grassy aromas with some hints of honey are confirmed in the mouth. The texture is kind of oily, the acidity is medium just as the length. Again hints of honey, but also some tropical fruit and lemon flavours.

A quite good wine at a reasonable price that will pair perfectly with white fish, prawns, scallops and mild curries as well.
