Pamukkale seems to be particularly good at making white wines. After the Füme Blanc, this Narince is a beautiful thing and a perfect example of the typical aromas of this grapevine.
It’s a complex wine with aromas of vanilla and yellow apple. On a second nose you can notice hints of quince, pineapple and walnut. The texture is round. The acidity is high. The finish is medium long with notes of acacia and honey.
A beautiful wine that goes well with chicken or turkey in a thick creamy sauce and also with a creamy or soft cheese. An oily fish would be a good option too.
