Lots of acidity, needs time for this natural wine to open itself. Aromas of black cherry, earth and animal notes. Underwood, mushrooms and leather.

Full bodied, high tannins not overwhelming. On the palate Blackberry, wild strawberry. Liquorice and mint in the long finish.

Lots of sediments in the end.

Great with grilled red meat.

Quite enjoyable.
