A deep golden colour, on the nose distinctive aromas of vanilla, lily flower and yellow apple.

A full bodied white wine! Even if the amount of alcohol is high (14 degrees), the sensation is fresh.

It’s creamy and on the palate it has flavours of brioche, almond and papaya.

The finish is medium long with hints of acacia.

A beautiful Turkish chardonnay quite similar to a French Montrachet.

Will go perfectly with a fatty fish like a trout from the Black Sea.
