Another grape I hadn’t had the pleasure to taste!

This local grape grown in the Aegean region usually gives very light and easy to drink fruit flavoured and fresh wines.

On the nose, golden apple, asparagus and floral notes!

The acidity is medium, it’s definitely fruity and uncomplicated!

On the palate, pear, mango and lemon flavours can be detected with some hints of dried grass in the medium finish.

It was perfect with the delicious salad that my wife prepared tonight.

Here are the ingredients used :

Baby spinach, kinoa, dried cranberries , caramelised onion, pan fried pumpkin seeds, oven roasted pumpkin, white asparagus, olive oil with honey and lemon juice as dressing.
