This beautiful example of a Shiraz (or Syrah) has complex fruity aromas like plum, blackberry and blueberry as well as herbal and spicy hints. A beautiful nose.

It is dry and rich on the palate with medium tannins and surprisingly a low level of alcohol with only 13%.

Flavours are rich with dark chocolate, tobacco, black pepper and some cocoa element to the finish.

Perfect with grilled chicken or turkey, can match with grilled beef as well.
