Yanık Ülke Winery is not afraid of experimenting and being the only one to use grapes such as Gewürztraminer here.

On the nose I detected lychee and tangerine flavours plus some floral notes (rose).

This wine is slightly oily with a medium acidity and minerality.

Exotic spices can be felt in the medium finish.

Quite nice, I’m not impressed but this wine definitely proves that Gewürztraminer pairs well to spicy Asian dishes.
