I really loved that blend of Narince and Chardonnay.

The nose is quite aromatic with strong aromas of citrus, especially lime and orange, stone fruits like nectarine and yellow apple, acacia and some toasted and buttery notes.

I really appreciated the high acidity of this wine. It also has a very slightly oily texture.

In the mouth I could detect flavours of apricot, lichee, grilled nuts with some hints of cedar and a slightly salty finish.

A delicious and classy blend.

Perfect with all kinds of fish like grilled red mullets or a wild sea bass.
