Once again I’m amazed by Chateau Murou with this fantastic Sémillon! Let’s taste it together :

On the nose, mango, lemon, honey, apricot and candied fruit aromas are like a feast for your senses without being too powerful but still delicate.

Acidity is high, it’s very slightly oily.

Fruity but elegant.

On the palate, I have detected delicious flavours of yellow apple, apricot, pie crust, fresh nut and vanilla in the long finish.

Beautiful!

This wine will pair well with shellfish, white meat in cream sauce and Asian cuisine.
