This 2016 vintage is classy and elegant as a Viognier should be.
The nose has white flower, apricot, quince and bergamot aromas. It doesn’t show its potential at once so make sure to drink it not too cold.
Even if the amount of alcohol is high, 14,5%, you won’t feel it as it is very well balanced.
On the palate you’ll have delicate flavours of dry apricot, peach and gingerbread.
Perfect with lobster, crab or shrimps, Asian cuisine like mild Indian curries or with soft cheeses such as goat cheese or Brie.
