Urla winery manages to maintain stability and quality without exaggerating with the prices. Choosing Urla on a wine list always is a safe choice.

This Sauvignon Blanc is not disappointing.

The nose is fruity, mineral and quite complex with aromas of citrus, pineapple, apricot and fresh mint.

On the palate it’s very fresh, very mineral with a medium high acidity.

Flavours range from exotic fruits like passion fruit to lemon, gooseberry and white peach.

The finish is long with herbal and mineral notes.

I really liked it.

You can have it as an aperitif, some salad or with some sea bream (dorado) for example.
