On the nose, black cherry, cassis, raspberry, coffee, cedar aromas.

Medium full bodied, very fruity, medium high acidity, not as tannic as expected, very round for a cab sav. A quite strong alcohol taste but it’s still well balanced.

I detected flavours of black cherry, black currant, prune, fig, vanilla and mint in the savoury long finish.

A delicious wine! If you prefer Merlot to Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine could make you change your mind!

Perfect with red meat or roasted chicken.
