Aged in French oak barrels but also fermented in it which is a very rare practice in Turkey especially with white wines.
Quite aromatic with toasted notes. Aromas of white flowers, tropical fruits, vanilla and chalk.
In the mouth brioche, yellow apple, white peach, apricot, lime peel, lichee, hazelnuts, acacia and mushrooms.
Quite high in alcohol 14%, medium high acidity, some mineral notes, not too oaky, some slightly saline notes in the long finish, very nice. Very elegant.
