To be honest, I haven’t seen this wine anywhere else in town.

Grown in Cappadocia, this rosé has a vibrant and fruity nose with aromas of sugar candy, red fruits and spices.

Crispy acidity, very fresh, medium bodied, low on tannins.

On the palate, I detected flavours of cherry, raspberry, red currant, cacao, white pepper and vanilla.

Nice and easy, refreshing and pleasant.

It was perfect with a chicken tikka Masala.
